UNIST 송명훈 교수님과 KBS Group의 공동연구의 결과가 Nature Communications 지에 게재되었습니다.
아연 산화물을 사용하여 높은 효율을 갖는 inverted polymer light-emitting diodes (iPLEDs)을 만든 논문으로,
물결 무늬 (ripple-shaped)의 표면을 가지는 아연 산화물을 사용하여 고분자 기반의 형광 LED 중 최고의 효율을 가지는 LED를 개발하였습니다.
