KBS group의 송수희 박사님, 이준희, 권송아, 송재은 학생의 연구결과가 Biomacromolecules 지에 accept 되었습니다.
본 연구에서는 새로운 glycidyl amine monomer를 개발하였고, 이것의 적절한 protection을 이용하여 amine 기능기를 가지는
hyperbranched polyglycerol을 anionic polymerization과 deprotection을 통해 얻을 수 있었습니다.
뛰어난 생체친화성을 가지는 polyglycerol 의 내부에 amine group이 숨겨져 있기때문에, 세포독성이 낮게 나타나는 효과를 얻었습니다.
뿐만아니라, in situ 13C NMR 연구를 통하여 새로이 개발된 monomer의 polymerization kinetics에 대해서도 심도있는 연구가 이루어졌습니다.
