KBS group과 포스텍 박수진 교수님 연구실, 유니스트 이근식 교수님 연구실과의 공동 연구 결과가 Journal of Materials Chemistry A 에 accept 되었습니다. 본 연구에서는 리튬 메탈 전지의 단점인 리튬 메탈 덴드라이트의 성장을 억제하기 위해 전해액에 탄소나노입자(carbon nanodots)를 추가하여 리튬 메탈 전지의 성능을 확인하였으며, 탄소나노입자의 다양한 기능기가 리튬 이온과의 높은 결합성을 가지기 때문에 균일한 전극표면을 만들 수 있으며 이로인해 안정한 리튬 메탈 전지 효율을 얻을 수 있었습니다.
