KBS 그룹의 연구결과가 고분자분야 권위지인 Biomacromolecules 에 최종 accept 되었습니다.
본 연구는 윤지우 학생의 주도로 이루어진 연구로 음이온을 띌 수 있는 에폭시 단량체를 활용하여 항암제인 cisplatin 을 전달할 수 있는 고분자 micelle 에 대한 연구입니다. 특히 고분자 마이셀이 cisplatin 과 선택적으로 반응을 하여 자기조립된 micelle을 만들고 외부 pH에 따라서 약물전달이 제어가 되는 흥미로운 연구입니다.
