KBS 그룹의 연구결과가 화학분야 최고 저널인 Journal of the American Chemical Society에 최종 accept 되었습니다.
본 연구는 백진수 학생의 주도로 이뤄진 연구로 서로 다른 분해속도를 가진 두 가지 소수성 아세탈을 조합한 소수성 블록을 바탕으로 원하는 분해속도 및 약물 방출 속도를 정교하게 제어가능한 주사가능한 삼중블락 공중합체 하이드로젤의 합성 및 이의 응용에 관한 연구입니다. 특히 동일한 약물을 전달할 때도, 약물 전달체가 적절한 방출 속도를 가지는 것이 높은 치료 효과를 보이며, 약물 방출 속도 조절이 타겟 질병의 치료를 위해 중요한 요소임을 확인할 수 있었습니다.
